To create your chatbot, click on the Create Chatbot button, then fill in the required information across the three pages.

  • Appearance: Enter the chatbot's appearance, like head line, description, welcome message, icon and feedback.

You can train your chatbot using various file formats. Follow these steps to add and manage files:
